People magazine reports that Boston Marathon bombing survivor Rebekah Gregory has written a memoir. Her book, “Taking My Life Back,’’ is slated to be released in April 2017. Gregory was at the finish line on Boylston Street in April 2013 with her son Noah and then-boyfriend Pete DiMartino when the bombs exploded. Since then, she’s gone through a lot: she tied the knot with DiMartino, they split up, she ran in the 2015 Marathon on a prosthetic leg, remarried, and gave birth to a daughter. “As a little girl I had no idea that my crazy life would give me so much material to fill the chapters with,’’ Gregory told People. “But now here I am, and the neatest part of all is that my book is set to be released on April 4, 2017 — eight days before my 30th birthday.’’
