After a more than two-year conversion project, Peabody Properties Inc. has sold all 56 units at River Village Condominiums in Canton, exceeding $18 million in sales within four months. Beth Ferrari, sales manager at the Braintree-based real estate firm, credited the rapid sellout to the property’s location and use of open, communal space.
