This is a valuable moment to finally get rid of that Boston eyesore, the Citgo sign (“Fight’s a sign of the times,’’ Page A1, Feb. 28). I have often wondered, standing in Cambridge and gazing across the Charles, how much more beautiful the city skyline would be without it, and wished that were so.
