Character breakfast: Jac’s Café is hosting a breakfast buffet fund-raiser 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20, for Play Areas for Rockland Kids, a community-driven nonprofit committed to creating and updating parks. Dementia wellness: The Sharon Council on Aging will host the first of a three-part free community educational and interactive discussion titled “Wellness in the Person with Dementia’’ 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16.
