US mortgage rates

New numbers for the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage will be released Thursday. Last week, Freddie Mac reported the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage rose to 3.46 percent from 3.43 percent the week before.


Mingle with designers

Savvy with Salesforce

501Partners is offering a bootcamp for nonprofits on Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management software. By the end of the day, attendees will know how to import data, customize records, and generate reports on the platform to improve operations at their organizations. Coding crash course

Learn how to code in one day at the HTML and CSS crash course workshop. Attendees will participate in live coding exercises, and by the end of the day, will learn how to build a basic Web page from scratch and how to modify code for existing websites.
