Trump joke prompts tirade
MIDDLEBURY, Conn. — An amusement park in Connecticut said it ejected a spectator who charged the stage during a magician’s performance after the entertainer made a joke about presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
Jim Sisti was performing on July 2 at the Lake Quassy Amusement Park & Waterpark in Middlebury when a child told him she liked tacos, The Greenwich Time reported.
Sisti said he made a quip alluding to Trump’s rhetoric on Mexicans, prompting a spectator to run at the stage and begin a vulgar tirade.
A park spokesman confirmed the unidentified spectator was ejected following the incident.
