New numbers for the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage will be released Thursday. Last week, Freddie Mac reported the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 3.42 percent from 3.48 percent the week before.

Job seekers are invited to check out the Greater Boston Career Fair. Over 30 companies are looking to fill hundreds of full- and part-time jobs in a variety of industries. Crash course
