Most important, they taste good
By Ann Trieger Kurland

Hi I’m Skinny just might be the introduction you’ve been waiting for. If you’re on a quest to find a guilt-free, crunchy treat, these slender, vegetable-fueled snack sticks are all natural, non-GMO, and made with whole grains. The name captures their intent. With 40 percent less fat than potato chips, the sticks come in varieties made with sweet potato; kale, spinach, and peas; quinoa with sweet onion; and more ($3.99 to $4.99 for 6.5 ounces). They are lightly salted and have pleasant vegetable flavors, topping out at 150 calories for a generous serving. They’re also good for dipping. Available at Shaw’s, Roche Bros., and Wegmans locations, or go to www.hiimskinny .com. ANN TRIEGER KURLAND
