Makes 1 drink

1 ounce Jagermeister

½ ounce creme de menthe

2 ounces pineapple juice

½ ounce lime juice

Garam masala (to taste)

Soda water (to taste)

Mukhwas (seed mix available at Indian spice shops, for optional garnish)

1. Pour Jagermeister, creme de menthe, pineapple juice, and lime juice over ice in a shaker. Add a pinch of garam masala. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

2. Pour over ice in a Collins glass.

3. Top with a splash of soda and a sprinkle of mukhwas, if using.
